If you are selling your home now, you are probably breathing a sigh of relief that competition from foreclosures will be less during the current foreclosure freeze. And if you need to sell, now might be the time to get your home on the market and take advantage of the situation. Of course, strategic pricing will be critical to success, as well as preparing your "product" for wide-range appeal, and stealth marketing across the internet to reach the largest number of prospective buyers. Having the right real estate professional to guide you through this process is critical to success. Interest rates are still at record lows and for those buyers who can qualify there are gret deals to be had. Sometimes foreclosures are not the best deal... your Realtor can protect you from making costly mistakes that can cost you thousands.
